I got some kick ass awards the last few weeks, and I just haven't had the motivation to post about them. My sincere apologies to the lovelies who gave them to me. I really do appreciate feedback, especially awesome award ladden positive feedback!

Am I the only one who tries to sneak beer into places? Like 4th of July last year when the park didn't "allow" alcoholic beverages to the fireworks show? I mean sheriffs searching coolers and confiscating our beers. Yeah, like they weren't pounding those bad boys in the parking lot. Insanity! Well now all my problems are solved! I found these little bad boys on ebay. Plastic beer can covers. Just amazing!!!

And lastly... I wanna give a big shout out... FUUUUCK YOU FACEBOOK!

Greetings all. Hey Monday! Woo! I guess Monday has significance, but honestly, I'm unemployed and it doesn't blow my mind. Other than I'm home alone cause the roommate is at work. And I'm all loopy on Percocet cause my tooth hurts. Waa wa waaaaa :)

This weekend was pretty great. I had an impromptu River Party cause we're not cool enough to go to the other parties. Wait, lets give you some back story...

One of my oldest friends is getting married next weekend. HE was having his bachelor party this last weekend. Of course I'm a girl, so God forbid I be allowed to go to the bachelor party. Of course all our other friends were invited, all men, some of whom aren't even very good friends with him. What the fuck ever. Oh, and the bachelorette party? Oh well, the bride-to-be is good friends with a girl who decided she hated me years ago. You know... once she married my best friend. *sigh* Ohhhhh women and their insecurities.

So--

We had our own little shin dig down by the river. It was pretty fun too! We had some trouble getting people to come down, you know the whole conflict of parties thing, but we had about 5 or 6 visitors so it was great! Friday we hung out by the river in the 90 degree heat, and chilled by the campfire by night. Mr. Man came down for a few hours too, he was helping a friend fix his truck which died on 4th of July weekend.

Saturday, was funtastic because we went floating!! We "camp" just down the lane from my parents place on the farm. Funny how I never partied there when I was in high school. But now that I'm in my 30's, its the coolest place to be! HAHA!

Anyfloatingparties, we had my mom drop us off in town at the boat launch and we floated down for 2 hours back to the campsite. Its great cause no one has to drive, so we get to have a few drinkey-poos on the reever. I got a special hat just for the occasion. TWO BUCKS. Amazingness. Worth every penny.

I'm sure there's a version of this had being sold a t Abercrombie & Fitch for $60

Overall, it was a GREAT weekend! Here's a few more pics to double your pleasure, double your fun!
